Such a great place to stay for a family!! 2 min walk to everywhere and has a great pool

Great place with a good size kitchen and outside area.Wifi was the only issue that was down.Pool was very nice to swim in.Communication was also very quick with response to any questions.We will stay again for sure.

We loved our stay! The apartment was very close to both the town and beach, but suitably peaceful and quiet, even on a busy weekend. As desired there was plenty of space too for our family of parents plus 2 adult kids.

Great stay, super close to town and ample parking! Beach was also only 150 m away.

Such a great place! Felt it was much bigger than I expected, such a nice walk to tallows beach or central Byron. A beautiful little pocket, felt serene and peaceful. The owners were very responsive and super helpful 🙂

Had the most divine stay at Bianca’s Beach House. Superb location - opposite the beach and a short trot to the hustle and bustle of Byron’s shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and very user friendly. Check in was seamless and host was easily contactable and proactive with finer details of stay. We’ll definitely stay again!!

We had a fantastic stay at the cove with the family. Loved that it had its own price area and wrap deck. The sauna was nice and clean and pool was refreshing. Close to beach and town.

Couldn’t find a better view anywhere. Coffee shop next door open at 6am. Great walks. Beautiful beach. House old but very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Our first trip to Byron Bay and absolutely loved it. Great food, great beaches, friendly people everywhere, and great accomodation.

We stayed at Blackbutt to attend a wedding in Byron. Jayce’s messages were clear and helpful. The house itself is beautiful and had every amenity we could have needed. Short walk to the nearby bakery, coffee, and to Suffolk Beach. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication, very clean and really loved this place. We used the sauna and cooled off in the pool each day. Wonderful experience.

The location of this apartment is perfect! We didn’t have to drive the car at all during our stay. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. The sauna was an absolute highlight. The host is very kind and extremely responsive. Location is fantastic with minutes to cafes and beaches. We would return in a heartbeat.

This place met all our expectations. Beautifully designed and well presented. Close to town but still quiet and private enough to relax. The beach is also within walking distance which made it easy for us with our little boy. Overall, we had a great stay here!

Loved our stay at Bianca’s! This is a perfect location with a beautiful beach across the road, short walk to town and easy access to the Lighthouse walk. Apartment is clean, modern, and new inside with gorgeous furnishings, artwork and styling. Communication is very responsive. Would recommend as a fabulous place to stay in Byron.

We had a great stay with our family. The hosts were fantastic to communicate with. One call out for families with small kids is to bring blackout blinds, as there are some windows without curtains and the rooms are bright.

Great stay! Very clean and as described. Close to the centre of Byron, 3 min walk away! Solar train located nearby allowing easy access to North Byron as well. Highly recommend and early check in was available which we very much appreciated.

A very last minute booking -responsive, friendly host had us in within 2 hours of booking. Very clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed with quality appliances. Location across (main) road from beautiful beach and stroll to action of Byron Bay. Relaxing outdoor deck area, but is ground floor (no water views but you can hear waves at night). Easy to access apartment. Some traffic noise during day, but we were out and about . Stress free holiday - parked the car and had lots of fun. We plan to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay and were so happy with the location as it is right in the middle of town. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

7 of us stayed here on a mum’s trip for 5 nights. The house was exactly as described and had enough space for us all the spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other all the day. The location to the centre of Byron was fabulous and we walked in most days. We had hired a car so it was great to be able to lock it up in the garage and not have to worry about finding parking etc. Our early check in was also easy to arrange!
Only one negative is that we all agreed it would have been great to have more information provided, in regards to the use of the sound system, air con system and the use of the coffee machine. A welcome pack would be a great addition to the experience.
Overall a lovely place, although it wasn’t the warmest time of year in Byron, we used the heated pool which was a great experience!

We loved our stay here!
The house is modern, spacious and in a great location. The town centre and beach are an easy 5-10 min drive away.
Backing onto the nature reserve the house was private and peaceful and very quiet.
Would recommend.

It was a beautiful stay. We have stayed in many of the houses situated on the hill of Watego Bay and this would be our favourite as it was right on the beach, the backyard was private, beds were comfortable and the house felt like home. We will definitely be rebooking and highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing on the beach stay.

We booked bayside apartments for my mums birthday. I requested an earlier check in & we managed to get an earlier time!! The lovely cleaner came later to check on things and was very helpful. House was great size for us all, comfortable beds, quiet considering it’s on a Main Street and the BEST location for the trip!!! Thank you for having us. The soap and amenities were a beautiful brand. Thank you for having us.

Kokos 4 was exactly what we needed for a family week away. Plenty of space and peaceful and within walking distance (10-15 mins) to town, main beach and Belongil. really comfortable rooms, beds and family room. Fantastic ocal restaurants and really great speedy responses from beach houses of Byron when we needed to know anything. Good value and highly recommended. (Oh and we were lucky to get some sunshine too 🌞)!

Wow! My family and I had the best stay here. The home is super cosy with all the amenities. The home is huge, clean, and just lovely.
Next time we are in Byron Bay, we will look no further.
