We have spent our last four years coming to the Byron bay luxury beach houses and each year our group gets bigger. My family rave about it. We love the location a very short walk into town. The beach is a few minutes directly behind the homes.Luxury beach houses are kept immaculate and with large spacious entertaining areas, kitchen well equipped and beautiful landscaped gardens with a very nice pool. All staff that work for luxury beach houses are all very friendly. We love it and even before we left the place and the family have asked whether I've booked it for next year. It's definitely a 5 star rating! Excellent!

This was our first trip to Byron Bay - what a beautiful, modern, spacious and well equipped house we were privelaged to stay in. The house was immaculate the gardens lush green and well kept, the pool clean and well maintained. Easy walk into the township and another easy walk down to the beach. What more could you ask. We would highly recommend it.

I have just returned from a week in the Byron Luxury Beach Houses, celebrating my 60th birthday with 7 friends. We had a wonderful time - the house has everything we wanted, and plenty of space for everyone. Easy walk to town for browsing shops and finding great places to eat. Very close to the beach for early morning swims, or just great walks. We had my Birthday Dinner catered at the house - and it felt really special. Just a wonderful, relaxing venue.

We all stayed together in 2 of the beach houses side by side a group of photographers, music promoters, a musician, and festival goers with a 3 year old and her grandmother in tow during the Splendour In the Grass Festival. Having a fully equipped kitchen to cook in, unbelievably comfortable beds, lounges and full size stunning bathroom was just amazing. Family friendly and really quiet, we didn't even hear the guest in the other beach houses coming home let alone the members of our group that got in around 4am! The big decks and daybeds were heaven to relax on whilst having a cuppa and breakfast before we headed out again. Free WiFi made uploading photographs and stories from the festival a breeze.Being walking distance to town and the beach made the stay even more enjoyable as we did not have to worry about having cars there or not. Highly recommended for families, couples or festival lovers!

LOVED my stay at Byron Luxury Beach Houses. Spent three magical nights relaxing with friends. Beds are comfy and the houses are so spacious with an amazing outdoor entertaining area. Could walk into town and too the beach. Will be booking again with family very soon.

Stayed for a family wedding, the houses had everything we needed and were truly very comfortable. Great location close to both the town & beach. A memorable stay.

We stayed in beach houses 3 & 4 for my 40th birthday with extended family. The houses were amazing! So spacious & beautifully designed. The kitchen & living area was large with lots of natural light. The deck area was massive & everyone loved the cushioned bench seats. The kitchen was also very well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses etc. These houses are a real entertainers delight!! The location couldn't get any better either. It was a very easy walk into town & the beach was literally 3 minutes away. We all had such an amazing time that there was much discussion about coming back again & I honestly couldn't think of anywhere better to stay.

Our extremely large beach house was a pleasure to stay in. With an attention to detail for entertaining at the house, relaxation and the many private services available that came to your house, it was easy to enjoy the downtime here. 7 minutes easy walk to Byron Bay shops, market and fabulous restaurants, a few steps to the pool within this private complex and a 2 minute walk onto the beach. Great place for large family get togethers, weddings or business conferences. I'm excited about coming back here again for family holidays without feeling you are on top of each other. Seven of us stayed for a girls weekend in August in apartment number 2. We loved everything about the apartment. The owners have really thought of everything. Huge living area with seats for everyone, huge deck, lovely pool, beautiful bathrooms and four bedrooms. It's a nice walk into town and close to the beach. Highly recommend.

A fantastic place to stay. Our group booked the whole place for a week for a family wedding. Everything we needed was in place, from great outdoor living/entertaining space, to kitchen equipment was there, as well as some private space. Also just a short walk to the beach and shops. We will definitely make it a place to return to.

This exceptionally well thought-out and amazing designed "Home" style accommodation give you the sense of belonging, privacy and manages to still incorporate that villa / resort feel. It isn't our first time at Byron Luxury Beach Houses and it certainly won't be the last Family Holiday for Mum's 60th Birthday and she is already hoping it's her 61st present... Could not recommend this accommodation any higher 11/10

The accommodation was spacious and of top quality, within a private setting and close to all required conference facilities of Byron township as well as beach and parklands that were utilised for team building activities. The owners and agents were also extremely accommodating , providing us with suggestions and local contacts including chefs and caterers for After hours in-house functions to enable us to effectively co ordinate our required activities in house without having to pay for external event managers fees. I would highly recommend this venue for any organisation looking to cost effectively run a small conference in an iconic Australian location.

If you're looking to spend your wedding weekend with your extended family and friends or to spend some time together in a great location, the Byron Luxury Beach Houses are perfect! So close to everything in town and the beach is just behind the accommodation. House is equipped with everything you need for a great vacay.

As an event management group, we are always looking for unique accommodation and conference facilities for our high end clients. The accommodation was of extremely high quality. Having 6 large beach houses in a secure facility ,close to beach, Byron township and with easy access to Splendour, was perfect for our client group of 20 executives. The owners also provided the required conference facilities to enable our group to have break out sessions on site, as well as options for in house dining and other after hours networking activities, allowing our group to undertake key business and networking sessions in secure and private facilities.
