Stunning house which looked exactly like the pictures! Very clean with all that you would need to cook for a family.

Loved our stay, great location and the pool and barbecue was defiantly a nice bonus. Communication was very clear and easy. Only con we found was there was only air conditioning in the main bedroom. Otherwise our stay here was great!

Gorgeous little apartment a 10 mins walk from central Byron Bay. Really lovely bathroom, comfy and small yet wonderful pool area. Would really recommend and would stay here again if visiting Byron.

Had a wonderful stay at Kaylani in Byron. Perfect location short walk to the beach and into town. Perfect layout for two families to stay together but have their own space. Great pool!

Great communication, very well equipped and very clean.

Spacious, private retreat. The pool area is green and tropical and invites you to spend a lot of time there relaxing.
The house is beautiful and lots of room to accomodate all guests. It is a flat kilometre walk to the centre of Byron.
Road noise, as mentioned in other reviews, is real. The four front bedrooms get a lot of noise during the day and evening. It is most noticeable from about 5am. Bearing in mind we were there at a busy time of the year.

Lovely quiet spot, walking distance from plenty of Byron’s main attractions!

Perfect space to host a large group. It was much bigger than it looked in the photos with great indoor outdoor living. The location is amazing, with only a short walk to town, and it was perfect for our golden retriever. I’d highly recommend!

Great spot between all the right places and in the right part of Byron. We were returning to Byron having lived there a few years and chose this spot for being in walking distance of our fav beach spots and brekkie places.
Great space - really well equipped. Amazing for kids and the pool was perfect.

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The house was clean, well equipped and perfect for two families. The only thing to note is that the 5th bedroom is small with no ceiling fan or aircon (does have a small pedestal fan). Would be very tight if you needed to pull trundle out for two people.

The Beach Houses' were exactly as advertised and the pictures accurately portrayed the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the pretrip correspondence, directions, check-in information, comfortable a/c cooled accommodations, to the refreshing plunge pool after a long travel day. We will definitely be back!

We had to vacate our home to have interior walls painted and needed a home for 5 adults and 2 indoor cats! Charlie’s Beach House was just great for us to stay and not far from the best beaches in Byron. The house is in a safe, quiet area. Thanks for a great stay!

great house, great host responsive to any requests

Our stay at Cove studios was lovely. Easy parking, 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to town centre and peaceful location. It’s not the most private accommodation but was perfect for our quick stay. Would visit again!

I’ll stay at Beach House was wonderful. Such a great location and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Home was well provided with everything you needed for a long or short stay . We would definitely recommend.

Quiet place to stay, Ev charger was helpful as Byron Bay has poor public charging. A pleasant walk up the beach to town centre

We had a fantastic time at our Byron Luxury Beach House. The house, pool and gardens were pristine and had everything we could possibly need. Only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Byron Bay and 5 minutes to our nearest beach - which happened to be a dog beach! Highly recommended for all!

We were visiting from the Uk so it makes a return visit very difficult but we will definitely use the property again if we are ever in the area.

Great host great house

Kaylani 2 made for the perfect house for our group. It was our first time in Byron Bay so being a 5 min walk to the beach, and a 10 min walk from town was very convenient.
I have to say the overall feedback from the group, was that the pictures didn’t do this property justice. The kitchen amenities were perfect, the bbq came with more than enough gas.
The listing had said there was no washing machine or towels, which we were prepared for but was pleasantly surprised when we seen they were there.
The only real downfall was that the a/c fans in two of the rooms weren’t working the entire time during our stay, the host did have engineers come out to rectify the situation however they were unable to fix the issue. Having said that, on departure they were installing a whole new system, so I do believe they were doing all they could to fix the issue.

Beautiful home, very peaceful

We had a wonderful week at Fat Frogs. The location is amazing - a short stroll to town and the beaches. The whole family had a great time, including our dog who loved long walks and swims at Belongil beach. We will be back!

Great location and easy walk into town . Pet friendly , which is great, but part of the fence is in disrepair , so not secure to contain your dog.

Lovely house in a quiet lane, close to Main Street.
Would perhaps prefer that basic food items (eg tomato sauce, green tea, spray oil, aerogard) were included, but I’m splitting hairs now.

Wonderful stay at Beach House, excellent layout, spotlessly clean, great facilities and thoughtful design - all on Bryon doorstop. A great stay!
