Wonderful property and location. Being able to walk across the road and go for a swim or walk to the lighthouse made the property perfect and look forward to returning. Far enough away from the action but close enough to walk.

An amazing house in a great location for a group stay. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely and there with separate living areas for groups to spread out in. The kitchen is well stocked and has basic essentials for cooking in. The coffee machine is fantastic and generously filled with beans. The outdoor entertaining area is a highlight with an amazing BBQ and the heated pool meant it was always pleasant to take a dip.Amazing location with only a short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants.Hosts were excellent with communication and really responsive to any questions or assist with any issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fat Frog! The house had everything we needed and the host was helpful and very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great 3 night stay for 7people at FatFrog. The kitchen was really well set up and perfect for a night in with a barbecue. The layout is great for a big group and perfect location, just a 8min walk to main part of town. The area was quiet and felt secure. We had a small issue but this was responded to and resolved quickly. Would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely stay! The house was warm, welcoming, and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Everything was great, and we felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. Close to the town, shops and beach! Pool was beautiful and the house was ideal for a group of 7. Enough space for us all and enough hangout spots that nobody was ontop of eachother. Would recommend!

Fat Frog was an amazing place to stay with a group. We had everything we could have possibly needed all in the one spot. Location was great with a very short walk to shops and beach and the house itself was beautiful. Would highly recommend for a group or family and will absolutely stay again. Thankyou so much

We came to Byron for a week to escape the city and the pressures of work. We needed a place by the ocean that was peaceful but still convient. The apartment is perfectly located, peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely stay again - thank you 💖

Excellent value stay in a super convenient and quiet spot a stone’s throw from the beach and two fantastic restaurants (The Belongil and Treehouse). Comfortable and well equipped unit. Unfortunately it rained torrentially while we were there so couldn’t make the most of this wonderful location but it was very relaxing all the same. Stairwell from ground floor to first floor (where main bedroom is located) is not totally weather proof which in great weather wouldn’t be an issue. Kitchen is also not totally weather proof but still very useable even in the rain. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible house. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Byron with lots of space, a nice pool, and easy walking distance to town. Will stay again!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Es gab bei uns ein kleines Problem und es wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Das Haus ist in perfekter Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt. Der beheizte Pool ist bei jedem Wetter super nutzbar, es wurde echt an alles gedacht!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Für uns 8 Freunde war sie perfekt und wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Garage für zwei Autos war praktisch und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, schnell und höflich.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Private, airy and spacious - enjoyable for the whole family!
