Fantastic location with beach directly across the road.

Perfect for our extended family holiday - close enough to walk in to town and the beach but away from the bustle and an easy walk to the cafe for coffee in the morning.

Great spot - a little off the beaten track but still in walking distance to the main part of Byron. Well equip property with modern furnishings and plenty of space. Perfect for a family or group of friends wanting to get away.

House was great with plenty of room for 6 adults. Even single beds were very comfortable. Some basic supplies are on hand such as tea, coffee, gladwrap and dishwashing. The tea and coffee is a nice touch.Walking distance to town. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Great place to stay for a family holiday. Walkable to most things. Sizeable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (great with teenagers) and a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Easy for a quick stay in Byron.Clean and quiet.

Loved our stay here in Byron. Accommodation was in an excellent location allowing us to walk everywhere. Host had great communication and was very responsive. We had requested a specific bed arrangement which was confirmed however when we arrived this had not been set up - minor issue as we just moved things around on our arrival. The apartment was clean and as pictured and had everything you needed for the stay. The apartment is situation on the main road and there is a small train that runs irregularly right behind the complex but this did not bother us and we didn’t notice a lot of road noise when we were in the apartment. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Byron and wanting easy and central access to town.

The accommodation was 5 star. We felt like it was a home from home, not only that but an elevated home from home! We were happy, my brother in law was happy, my teenage daughters were happy, my dogs were happy, need I say more! And so walkable from town & from everyone’s needs. Please don’t even hesitate if you’re booking for a large group, my advice is JUST BOOK!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Fat Frog! The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was beautifully presented, well maintained, and felt like a real home away from home.Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything was easy and straightforward.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Fat Frog to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Great place to stay with the family - walk to town and main beach and 5 minutes drive to tallow beach - large backyard with fire pit for marshmallow roasting and camp songs
