Properties Policy 2020

In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we have introduced the following procedures to make our operations compliant with Health & Safety guidelines.

  • Directing cleaning staff and guests to advise if any person experiences flu-like symptoms whilst attending our properties.
  • Undertaking comprehensive and regular decontamination of our properties with the use of “ZOONO Surface Sanitiser”.
  • Maintaining our existing “Contactless Check-in & Check-out” procedures for all arrivals and departures.
  • Accepting only cashless transactions for payment.
  • House keys will be disinfected before after each guest arrival.
  • Mid-stay servicing for bookings staying longer than 1-week, will be on a request-only basis.

Covid flexible booking terms

We will provide a full refund or booking credit, minus admin fees whichever is preferred by guests in the event of a government-mandated lockdown or border closures.
Please be aware when booking that refunds & credits will not be offered after you have checked in and commenced your stay with us.
