Each house sleeps up to eight people with two Master en-suite rooms and two king or twin rooms with a shared bathroom. The Byron Bay Luxury Beach Houses is designed to accommodate up to 48 people in six freestanding beach houses, it is an ideal venue for birthday parties, family reunions, engagement parties, girls’ getaways, golfing holidays, Byron Bay wedding groups, private functions, and small-scale corporate retreats, Spacious indoor meeting areas seamless integrate with expansive undercover decks, creating plenty of room to wine, dine and entertain. There are plenty of breakout zones to give guests an opportunity to relax while Byron’s famous beaches, bars, cafés and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away.


Fat Frog Beach Houses – Fat Frog Beach Houses, 6 Shirley Lane, Byron Bay comprise of five double storey beach homes, that utilise the most current interior design flavours and technology features. Each home includes two ground level en-suited master bedrooms, two additional bedrooms at first level, open plan kitchen / meals / lounge with a seamless flow to a covered entertainment deck with BBQ and individual pool. The bedding consists of king beds in the two en-suite master bedrooms, with the third and fourth rooms containing twin single beds that can be joined to make one bed. The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen are all appointed with beautiful stone tops, high-end appliances and finishes and large storage areas. Much attention has been made to the built-in study nooks; and the bedroom, entertainment and BBQ joinery to provide a sense of luxury and style offering a variety of quest configurations according to your group’s needs.

  • As an event management group, we are always looking for unique accommodation and conference facilities for our high end clients. The accommodation was of extremely high quality. Having 6 large beach houses in a secure facility ,close to beach, Byron township and with easy access to Splendour, was perfect for our client group of 20 executives. The owners also provided the required conference facilities to enable our group to have break out sessions on site, as well as options for in house dining and other after hours networking activities, allowing our group to undertake key business and networking sessions in secure and private facilities.

  • The accommodation was spacious and of top quality, within a private setting and close to all required conference facilities of Byron township as well as beach and parklands that were utilised for team building activities. The owners and agents were also extremely accommodating , providing us with suggestions and local contacts including chefs and caterers for After hours in-house functions to enable us to effectively co ordinate our required activities in house without having to pay for external event managers fees.
