				We had a lovely stay for 9 nights. The house was well equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery etc and the pool was great for the kids.
The location was excellent and walking distance into town and to all the cafes and restaurants.
It would have been great if the gardens and lawns were maintained a bit more but other than that, a very pleasant trip to Byron.

				Great spot between all the right places and in the right part of Byron. We were returning to Byron having lived there a few years and chose this spot for being in walking distance of our fav beach spots and brekkie places. 
Great space - really well equipped. Amazing for kids and the pool was perfect.
Will definitely stay again.

				The house is in a fantastic location. It was easy to walk to the main area of Byron. If you go to the top of the hill and turn right there is a great cafe called Top Shop that I recommend walking to.The house itself is nice, the kitchen is well fitted out with most things that you need. The pool is the highlight and was wonderful.There was an issue with the second bathroom/laundry with water leaking from the washing machine that caused a bad smell in that bathroom. We contacted the hosts and they were fast to respond and offered to have someone come out to look at it. A small note, I believe there is an adjoining granny flat or guest house at the back of the property. There were people staying there at the time and they have a gate that opens into the pool area. They did not come into the property while we were there but we did see them quite a lot.Overall we had a good stay but I think the house needs a little maintenance and a really good deep clean.
