Lovely modern townhouse in a peaceful spot. Hosts quick to respond to messages and provided clear instructions. Short walk to centre of Byron and main beach. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Beach house was amazing stay for me and my friends! Location is 10/10, 7 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the restaurants. Host was very responsive, we had a dishwasher door broken and it was fixed within a day, I was very impressed! Amenities were top notch, (especially kitchen!) very modern house and furniture. We created many good memories here. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Our group had an awesome stay at Fat Frogs! It was perfect for our girls trip away. Town was a short stroll away which led to many a shopping expedition. The kitchen was impeccable and the house beautifully decorated. Everything felt luxurious. Thanks for hosting us, we’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Fat Frog. The location is great, it's just a short walk into town or to the beach. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms and a big entertaining space.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Fat Frogs! The house is well appointed and in a great location. Very comfortable for a large group and perfect for entertaining, hosting a meal, etc. Would love to come back!

Great place, very Homely with everything you need. We have my wife & 4 Older Kids & the house made us all feel so comfortable with walking distance to everything. Really recommend it.

My family and I have had many Byron holidays but this is house has been our favourite. We loved the peaceful outlook onto the reserve, the pool, the easy walk to town, and the overall size and layout of the house. Big thumbs up to the giant, comfy couch and big indoor and outdoor dining tables. We'd 100% book it again.

Fat Frogs 1 was in an ideal location set back from the busy centre down a quiet lane, but only 10 mins walk to the centre and the beach. The property was larger than we were expecting and it was light and airy with plenty of glasses and cups. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photo but still a welcome relief when it was humid. We would use again.

We loved our stay here! Spacious, modern, stylish and clean house with all the amenities you need. Great indoor and outdoor area with private pool. Backed onto the walking path which provided quick and easy access to Byron Bay town. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Fat Frogs Beach House was incredible. The hosts were so responsive before and during our stay. They were extremely flexible with check in and check out which made our trip run smoother. The location was a 5min walk to the main streets in Byron. At the beginning of our stay the hosts dropped off a complimentary case of beer from a local brewery which I’ve personally never experienced before. It was an extremely generous gesture and we loved it! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Byron!

We had a great stay over Christmas. The house is modern and in a great location!

Really enjoyed our stay at Fat Frog. It was spacious and clean. Easy to find and close to town. Easy check in and check out. The only thing was we originally booked a house that slept 10 and had to change to this accommodation. When discussing the bedding we agreed and unfortunately it wasn’t the same as agreed upon. We did have to squish in and the trundle supplied was not comfortable. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Had an amazing stay here. Very clean when we arrived and the house had every necessity you may need. Appliances were all quite new and in great condition. Great communication with host and quick responses. The house has great space for both inside or outside entertainment areas. Pool was heated which was a plus as we went during the cooler months. Would stay again!

Beautiful house, spacious and clean.
Great amenities and beautiful welcome platter.
Unfortunately the next unit was very loud, kids yelling in the pool, loud music and yelling 2 out of 3 nights.
We made a noise complaint around 10:30pm however nothing was done.
On our last day 2 pool guys jumped the fence and entered the premise from the back at 9am.
They started cleaning the glass and pool not a nice way to finish the holiday.

We had an amazing stay. The house was well appointed and much larger than we anticipated. The bedrooms were lovely and furnished beautifully and the bathrooms were tasteful and super clean. The pool was well used by our family with a beautiful outlook and plenty of seating to enjoy the surrounds. We would definitely stay again.

A great space full, roomy townhouse that is clean and modern with up to date appliances and wonderful plunge pool and entertainment/BBQ area. Great location close to Bryon Bay central. Great for larger families or multiple couples who are sharing a holiday or event.

The property was even bigger than we expected, great space, very clean, very accommodating with a lovely outlook.
