Cape Byron Distillery

Cape Byron Distillery keeps true to the time-honoured traditions and art of distillation whilst creating spirits that capture and showcase the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers (greater Byron Bay region). The home of Brookie’s Gin, of the 25 botanicals used in their Gin 17 are sourced locally, many from their own rainforest.

Husk Farm Distillery

Their working distillery – the Husk Cellar Door – is nestled into the landscape on their family farm in North Tumbulgum. Discover new ways to enjoy craft spirits and discover the new taste of Australian rum. Stroll through the grounds and stay for lunch and cocktails.

Table bookings are recommended on weekends and holiday periods to avoid disappointment. They are open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am.

Stone & Wood Brewery

Born and raised in Byron Bay, Stone & Wood are proud to be local and independent. Inspired by the idea of the ‘village brewery’, they strive to operate as a conscious business and give back to our local community. 

Their Tasting Room and brewery in Byron Bay is located in the heart of the Arts & Industry Estate, housing 31 brewing tanks, a canteen run by the local legends at 100 Mile Table and a spacious beer garden.
