Do your properties have internet?

Absolutely – Complimentary NBN internet is available in all houses.

Are your properties pet friendly?

A small number of our properties are pet-friendly, you can identify these by looking for the dog icon on the property page or by using the filters on our booking system. For pet booking enquiries, please contact us directly.

Do you only have holiday houses?

No, we also offer studio rooms for 1-2 night stays at our Cove Studios property.

What is your COVID19 cleaning policy?

We employ professional cleaning teams to carry out all cleans between guests at all properties. We also offer our guests the option to decline servicing to maintain social distancing whilst staying with us.

Do I get a discount for being a return guest?

Absolutely! We very much value our return guests and can certainly offer more flexible rates for our returning customers. Contact us directly when booking to enquire.

What is a "Pre-Authorisation" and why do we process it?

Prior to our guests arrival, we process what is known as a Pre-Authorisation on the nominated credit card. This amount can vary depending on which property you have chosen to book (between $200 – $2500). This is a security bond, which places a temporary hold on this amount of funds on your credit card, to cover any damages or incidentals while you stay.

As mentioned above, this is a temporary hold which releases automatically once it expires. We advise to allow 7-10 Business days for this to occur.

Do you allow Schoolies?

Yes, almost all of our properties are available for Schoolies bookings. These bookings are subject to special terms and conditions, including larger security bonds and ID requirements.

Are your properties suitable for groups or corporate retreats?

Definitely! We are fortunate to be able to offer a number of the finest multiple property locations in Byron Bay, perfect for your next work getaway or Yoga retreat.

What do I do if something in my property isn't working?

Please consult your compendium attachment for quick guides to most main appliances. In the event this isn’t helpful, please contact us on 02 6684 7471. We are in the office 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Calls received after this time will be answered by our after-hours service, who will contact us in the event of an emergency.
