We had a great few days here. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Next door to the Solar railway which takes you to North Beach and a 5 minute walk to the centre of town/beach. Easy to get in and to park your car. Super responsive host when we wanted to book an extra night and when we had a slight issue with the door code. Sorted within 10 minutes!

Beautiful spacious house, well equipped and furnished and plenty of spaces to relax. Online photos don’t do the house justice - it’s even better in real life! Great location - close to beach and Byron shops and restaurants.

the place was exactly what we were looking for. it is in the perfect location along the beach, where your far enough away to avoid the noise of Byron, but less than 5 minutes walking distance from the surfclub. the accommodation was very comfortable, well stocked and a definite book again when coming back to Byron.

Loved the space and easy access to the beach. Also thoroughly enjoyed the easy stroll to the wonderful Treetops restaurant.

The small resort style property was a new experience for us but we enjoyed it, although you are in close proximity to the other guests. The sauna, pool and surroundings added to the experience. The beach was a couple of minutes to walk to and town and easy walk also. I would recommend and stay again.

KoKos 4 is a great house for a family holiday - easy to walk to the beach and shops, cafes and restaurants as well as other activities such as yoga, massage, & pilates.

Walking distance to town and hosts (Byron bay beach houses) were super easy to communicate with.

What a great little oasis right near the beach! A 10 minute stroll and you’re in downtown Byron. Great find

Lovely place! Very clean & comfortable beds. Place has towels for the pool too which was very convenient. Close walk to the beach (3mins) and shops (10 mins). Kitchen and outdoor BBQ were perfect for our group. Plenty of space indoors & good collection of books and games for kids.
If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs for upstairs as bedrooms can be noisy from traffic coming into Byron Bay in the early morning. But apart from that - the stay was amazing.

Had a lovely short break away, the room was simple but comfortable and the location was great. Close to downtown but not right in the heart!

We had a wonderful stay - the house was a home and the family felt comfortable the minute we arrived. Kitchen is a dream to cook in, the rooms are beautiful and sitting out on the deck was our favourite thing to do. We couldn't swim - but the pool was beautiful.
It rained almost our entire trip, but the home was so lovely we weren't sad that we missed out on seeing some of the sites.
We had our dogs with us, with one of the dogs being blind. The yard was perfect and was great to walk into town to grab a coffee when the rain would break.

Fantastic location and the house was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. The back garden is fenced however our small cavoodle good escape through gaps in and under the fence. It was still ok but the dog had to be locked inside at all times.

Great family stay with my daughter and my sister’s two girls during the school holidays. Excellent location and an easy walk everywhere. The bonus was being able bring my golden retriever as the backyard is fenced and the property is pet friendly. We would stay here again.

We stayed at two beach houses with mine and my husband’s family during our wedding weekend. Houses worked out perfectly for us, lots of entertaining space indoors and outdoors for both families to spend time together, comfortable bedrooms, comfy couches, plenty of parking, modern facilities and great location - so close to the beach and a walk away from the town centre!

We loved our stay at Kokos, they were extremely accommodating with an earlier check in and later check out, the house had everything we needed and was beyond stunning. We would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here with an Incredibly sort house for 8 people including a toddler. Perfectly positioned within a walking distance of 10-15 min to Byron Main Street.
Immaculate Home with all the extras!

Beach house was amazing stay for me and my friends! Location is 10/10, 7 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the restaurants. Host was very responsive, we had a dishwasher door broken and it was fixed within a day, I was very impressed! Amenities were top notch, (especially kitchen!) very modern house and furniture. We created many good memories here. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Awesome place, great position and perfect little set up for our family of 5! the house itself has a great layout and every area is super usable and functional. Due to heavy rain before we showed up so the pool was a bit dirty but after mentioning to hosts a pool cleaner was there straight away and we were able to swim almost immediately.
This is a great little piece of paradise and we would recommend a stay here any time.
Can't wait to come back!

Great location, walkable to all shops & cafes and just across the road from main beach. We went for a beautiful walk up to the lighthouse & back.
With very helpful hosts, nice practical house with everything you could need. The designated parking spot is for a small car only, there is however lots of street parking. Highly recommend staying here.

Our group had an awesome stay at Fat Frogs! It was perfect for our girls trip away. Town was a short stroll away which led to many a shopping expedition. The kitchen was impeccable and the house beautifully decorated. Everything felt luxurious. Thanks for hosting us, we’ll be back!

Booked this place last minute and the only negative is that I couldn’t stay longer! Amazing location, only a 5 min walk from the town and beach! Lovely space inside and out, would absolutely recommend!

Great stay for 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable and great position for Main Beach and centre of Byron Bay. No negatives although parking might be tight for a large vehicle.

We had an incredible time at the beach house in Wategoes. The location is incredible, with amazing views and a very short walk to the beach. The house is perfect for groups or families, with plenty of seating areas, showers and toilets. The hosts are super responsive too, even on weekends. Would 100% stay here again!
